OSMEN Outdoor Furniture is rapidly expanding. We have 9 stores located in Alexandria, Auburn, Artarmon, Belrose, Castle Hill, Moore Park, Mosman and Smithfield.

This role will see you working primarily at our Alexandria Home Centre store location with additional travel when necessary. We are looking for sales and design consultants with an interest in helping customers, and enthusiasm in selling.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, and happy to grow!

Everyday, you can expect to:

  • Provide product knowledge and increase sales opportunities by providing design solutions and retail products to clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (both personal and storewide)
  • Following up customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer service and relationships
  • Develop knowledge of OSMEN collections and products
  • Close open sales orders and up-sell key product pieces
  • Maintain the Visual Display of the Store up to company standard
  • Create and track quotes in OSMEN’s internal system
  • Preparation of client presentations

What skills can you bring to the table?

  • A proven sales track record and have completed Interior Design courses
  • Ability to close sales to reach and exceed KPI
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Act and prove yourself as a sales and design professional
  • Come to work prepared and well-presented
  • Flexibility to work on weekends with the ability to enjoy time off during the week
  • Flexibility to travel between locations
