Job Descriptions

• Analyze and optimize our organizational structure, outdoor furniture production, distribution, and sales processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives tailored to the outdoor furniture industry, driving growth and competitive advantage.
• Provide expert guidance and support to our management team, leveraging industry insights to inform decision-making.
• Stay current on outdoor furniture market trends and best practices, offering strategic recommendations to maintain our market leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Candidate with at least 3 years of experience as a management consultant.
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Preferred experience in strategic management within the furniture, real estate, retail, or architectural design sectors, particularly in large enterprise groups or chain stores.
• Preferably bilingual (English and Mandarin) .
• A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Well organized, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
• Candidate who has demonstrated excellent performance in dealing with legal strategic management projects in leading companies during the tenure is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Passion for the outdoor furniture industry and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
